Fully equipped flat. Kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A living room with TV incl. DVD player and pull-out sofa is available. In addition, there are 2 desks in the living room, which can be used as a workplace. A monitor with HDMI connection is also available. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80x2m) incl. bed linen with wardrobe and clothes rail. Shutters for complete darkening are available. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet incl. towels. A big plus is the large garden incl. campfire place for free use. Wood is available next to it! So nothing stands in the way of an evening campfire with the children with bread on sticks and sausages. In summer, a paddling pool can also be set up. A barbecue and large dining table with 6 chairs are also available in the outdoor area. Most of the time, the table is protected in the wooden hut, but of course it can be brought out if it is not ready in the garden. A private parking space is available directly at the entrance to the property (see pictures). There is also free parking along the road. Quiet basement apartment with charming terrace, not far from the fun park. Our 50 m² apartment can accommodate 2 adults + 2/3 children or max. 3 adults. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size box spring bed and in the living/dining area there is a sofa bed (1.20 m x 2.0 m). The house was newly built and is located on the edge of a small forest. The fun park can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The beautiful 3.5 room apartment is located in the villa area of Zirndorf. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 3-family house. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with a size of 20 square meters. The bedrooms have 1.60 x 2.00 meter beds. The living room is about 25 square meters and offers enough space to relax or for a game night. The bathroom has a bathtub and has only recently been completely renovated like the whole apartment.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small groups and families. In the living room there is a bed with a width of about 120 cm. In the next room there is a loft bed (approx. 90 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (2 x approx. 90 x 200 cm). If necessary, we have a foldable guest bed.
