Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Parking is on private property. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Kom genieten van zee, zand en zon en de mooie omgeving. Het kleine maar fijne appartement (25m2) beschikt over een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (1.60 breed). Een woongedeelte met volledig ingerichte keuken met combimagnetron, koelkast, waterkoker en vaatwasser. Kleine badkamer met toilet, douche en vloerverwarming.

This lovely, bright and beautifully decorated 5-person apartment can be rented on one of the most beautiful streets in the village of Zouteland. It was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is on the ground floor in a house with a total of 5 apartments. In the garden there is a private garden shed available with garden table and chairs, small kitchen with fridge, barbecue and washing machine. The beach is 100 meters away and shops and restaurants only 300 meters away.

Very nice little cottage in a prime location. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as are restaurants and shopping. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with Pierce was flawless and the answers were received in a short time. Highly recommended!
