Studio dune house, 100m to the beach

Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

The suite features a kitchen, air conditioning and a luxurious bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and sauna. Relax on the sunny roof terrace after a day by the sea. Beach and boulevard are only 400 meters away. In July and August, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. Do you want to enjoy cycling through the ‘cycling province’ of the Netherlands, long walks (with your dog) along the sea or just relax on the beaches and the many beach pavilions? Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €15 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

NEW CHALET The 5-person chalet has a large living room with a living kitchen and a dining and sitting area. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 sleeping places (in the bedrooms there is no place for a camping bed for babies). There is central heating, a separate toilet and a bathroom. A garden shed and the possibility to rent bicycles and a beach house. The chalet is 300 meters from the beach. The chalet is new, luxuriously furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Bungalow "The Minefield"

In 2018, the 4-person vacation bungalow "Het Mijnenveld" was completely newly built. The bungalow is located in the backyard of our house, so it can be reached via our fire lane. There is an option to park in front of our house. - NO SMOKING PERMITTED - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Prices EXCLUDE €2.50 tourist tax p.p.p.n. Please note! A new school/daycare center is currently being built behind the bungalow. This could cause some nuisance.

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
