Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. The suite has a kitchen, a comfortable sitting area, and a luxurious bathroom. The beach, boulevard, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Naast een slaapkamer met grote smart TV, een keukentje en een badkamer, zijn er 2 grote houten terrassen, 1 met zijdelings zeezicht, een buitenbad en een buitendouche, alsook ligzetels en een elektrische bbq.

Kom genieten van zee, zand en zon en de mooie omgeving. Het kleine maar fijne appartement (25m2) beschikt over een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (1.60 breed). Een woongedeelte met volledig ingerichte keuken met combimagnetron, koelkast, waterkoker en vaatwasser. Kleine badkamer met toilet, douche en vloerverwarming.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Just outside Zoutelande, very quiet and rural, is our brand new, luxury 2-person vacation home. With a magnificent view of various fields around. Zoutelande offers you cozy restaurants, terraces, (summer) weekly market and various shops. In addition, to the south, a spacious beach with some beach pavilions. Furthermore, Meliskerke can be reached in 1.5 km, where there is a warm bakery, artisanal butcher and a supermarket.
