Great house with pool on peaceful location.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!
