De heerlijke veranda vergroot de leefruimte, en het uitzicht is uniek. Direct naast het huisje geeft het hekje toegang tot bos en heide van de Drentsche Aa, een magische sfeer. This colorful & chic 80 m² apartment is filled with vintage treasures, high ceilings, original details, a large kitchen island, and beautiful stained glass doors. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Geniet van de rust en mooie zonsondergang en maak gerust gebruik van onze BBQ of vuurhaard. Beschikt over 4 pits gasfornuis met oven en grill. NB. Er is een nieuw toilet gebouw met douche aanwezig. De afmetingen van de 2 eenpersoonsbedden: 0.70 cmx1.84m maar kunnen desgewenst omgebouwd worden naar een tweepersoonsbed van 1.40 x 2.00 m. Zie ook 2e advertentie.

The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seating, kitchen, shower with toilet, king-size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.
