It’s situated, not far from the city center, by foot (22 min.) or by public transport (14 min.) to Bellevue, yet set in natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm is available to you incl. a kitchenette, bathroom & patio. It can host up to 2 adults. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB (Garden private use by owner).

Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Are you in Zurich for holiday or business? Alhambra is the ideal place for you to relax after an intensive day in the busy city. The apartment is located in a residential and very green area, but close to the city centre. The S10-train takes 10 min. to the main train station and you reach the airport within 25 min. Or you make a trip to the Uetliberg within 11 min. You're staying in an old house and can use the whole apartment. I would love to host you.

It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
