Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit 2 Terrassen und liegt direkt am Elster-Saale-Kanal. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Ein privater Zugang zum Kanal mit kleinem Steg ist vorhanden. Gartensauna und Kajak/SuP sind auf Anfrage nutzbar.

The apartment was completed in 2018. The apartment is very suitable for divers. Equipment can be dried and enclosed. You can get dressed on the property and walk to the lake with equipment.
