Peaceful villa in the hills of Jachymov near spas

Villa Maximus is located in the hills of the Ore Mountains in the town of Nové Mesto, a suburb of Jachymov, near the German border with the ski resorts of Klinovec, Bozi Dar, Plesivec and Oberwiesenthal. The interior is very neat and cosy. There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a cosy recreation room where you can play games. The house is suitable for several families or groups of 12 people. In the surroundings, you can go hiking, cycling, golfing, rafting, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing. But the area is also known for its beautiful castles, fortresses and other historical attractions. Or would you rather visit one of the many spa resorts, such as the famous Karlovy Vary or Marianské Lazné? From the balcony and the terraces in the garden you will have a breathtaking view of the landscape, the medieval towers and the ski slopes of Napravna. The children have plenty of room to play here. Great place in peaceful settings. Fantastic building with lots of history. Perfect for hiking in the scenic Erzegebirge and for visiting the many small towns. A very good location for our family with three kids. The flat itself was clean and had a very nice climate, which is nice when you have been roasted all day in the mountains. Good space and fantastic view. The gatekeeper was a nice and helpful guy. Swimming pools (Freibade) are dotted around in almost every village and can for sure be recommended. The only problem is that you do not want to leave Floßmühle when your holiday is over.

We were in the accommodation with a slightly larger group and therefore had it to ourselves. The common area and kitchen proved perfect for eating together and spending time. The spacious sauna also contributed greatly to the well-being. Due to its location on a country road, the accommodation is easily accessible and still not too noisy. So you can also easily walk into the adjacent nature or drive to the ski resorts. The individual apartments have all surprised us very positively, they are very spacious, have everything you need and are very bright. We would rent the place again any time.

The house is identical as shown in the photos and it is a nice, quiet location in the fall. The staff is friendly at the reception and answers all questions. The accommodation was clean as we are also used to from the previous accommodations. Gladly come back.

5 star – Absolutely recommended! Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. It was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival we had a very nice contact, and during our stay the accessibility was always given if we had any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.
