This guest house is located in the heart of Haspengouw. The Kluis van Vrijhern and the Wijngaerdbos are within walking distance, and various hiking trails pass through them. The house has been recently renovated and equipped with the necessary comfort. Through the terrace, you get access to the garden with a lovely Jacuzzi that you can enjoy for free. TV, wireless internet and music system are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

Zum Chio sind es ca. 2 km mit dem Auto oder 20–30 Minuten Fußweg durch schönen Stadtpark. Ab 01.01.2026 erhebt die Stadt Aachen 2,50 € pro Person und Übernachtung. Die Abgabe ist bei Ankunft zu zahlen.

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

Met veel aandacht en liefde hebben we de ruimte verbouwd en ingericht, zodat er een aangename verblijfsruimte is ontstaan. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om onze wellness apart bij te boeken in de middag, tussen 14.00u en 18.30u. De kosten hiervoor zijn vanaf 1 februari €50.

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Very well located and ideal little cocoon for a couple. At the foot of the stony district, the market square and the steps of Bueren. In December, you can also enjoy the Christmas village :) In good weather, the terraces of the market square are very pleasant.
