The place is gorgeously decorated with everything you need. What made it 5 star were all the little touches, how quickly Stuart and Sharon responded, how clean the place was, the extra little touches that made us feel special, the gorgeous garden and the late check out. We felt so comfortable, we will definitely go back again.

Graeme has been an ordinary host. Everything was better than expected. He created a very cozy place, where we immediately felt at home. A great place for a stay in York. The home is created with lots of love to details and in walking distance (10min.) to downtown. We had a really good time here. Communication was very easy and helpful.

Great little find. Helens communication was first class. The place was just the right size for us, had all we needed especially as we ate in half of the time. very hot week and the property being split level helped, as the downs stairs bedroom was nice and cold. very clean neat and tidy. Would I come again? sure, if it was not so far away.

Silvia made our stay absolutely wonderful. She was very informative from the start. The home was very well maintained, clean and very tidy. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and the personal added touches made a great start to our weekend away. Very thoughtful! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The manual was very helpful and listed everything we needed to know about local amenities, aswel as having leaflets on what York had to offer. Would million percent recommend this host and there beautiful home. The home was in a good location and also offered parking. Check in and out was very easy and we had a very lovely time in York thanks to the amazing hosting of Silvia. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. An amazing beautiful house in a wonderful location! Stunning Victorian townhouse in a great location close to the centre and everything walkable. Lovely restaurants n your doorstep - would reccommend Valentino’s. The house has everything you need and if you have a little one, they literally have everything to keep them happy, books, playhouse, play kitchen, toys, literally everything. Great sized beds, beautiful lounge - me and my extended family had a great weekend. Hosts were really great, very helpful with lots of hints and tips for local places and places to visit. A perfect stay in York :-)

Lovely riverside home. Short walk to the Rambles, the Minster, Roman Wall and more. Easy check-in and a very warm welcome! A wonderful experience for our group of 4 ladies. The view is AMAZING!

Fabulous apartment very close to the city center not on the other side of the river in a quiet yet lively neighborhood. Super spacious and with lovely terrace. Very comfortable beds and super quiet despite main bedroom being in a transited street

Comfortable, spacious maisonette with small car parking space. Perfect for 2 people, with local amenities, restaurants and mainline station 5 minutes walk. (Handy for catching the train to Headingley cricket ground!) Wendy met us upon arrival, welcoming us in, even though we'd arrived much sooner than anticipated. Lovely host, ensuring that we had all we needed before leaving us to settle in. Thank you for a lovely stay, Wendy!

Wonderful apartment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and nice seating/dining area. Great bathroom. Very close to the York Minster, 10 min walk. Easy self check in instructions. The parking space is a added bonus. Andrew -Pass The Keys was always very informative and if you needed to ask a question it was answered within minutes. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Our stay in York was just what we wanted. The flat had everything we needed and provided a perfect location for visiting York with it being a short walk from the minster and town centre. The entire time Melanie was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to provide detailed instructions for accessing the flat. Highly recommend this property and the host for a weekend away to explore the city!

WOW....what a place! Just returned from a lovely weekend in this beautiful cottage and courtyard. We have never stayed in a place so clean and pristine. Felt right at home straight away. Full of beautiful furniture and items. I didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend***** Perfect location for beautiful Ripon, pubs, restaurants, Fountains Abbey and surrounding areas. Can't not fault it, we will hopefully be back one day 🙏🏼

The basement apartment was as described - spacious, clean and well equipped, in a peaceful suburban location. It was good to have space on the drive to park the car; checking in was straightforward. We appreciated the comfortable beds after exploring the local area during the day. And there's a fine selection of restaurants. Tom was quick to respond. A great place to stay!

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

Fabulous stay at Jo's place, spotlessly clean, had all the amenities and so peaceful. Loved watching the chickens in the gardens. Unfortunately didn't get to meet Jo in person, but all correspondence through Airbnb she promptly replied to. Thanks Jo, we would love to come back. ❤️

10/10 - one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in the last 3 months (out of 15). Ashley has thought of everything and then some! Phone and watch chargers by every bed…A+ for international travelers with hundreds of chords they don’t want to pull out! So many fans in case it’s hot. Super comfy beds. Heated towel racks. Lots of amenities in the shower (and not in this non-eco friendly tiny tubes) And so much to do right outside…if you can get yourself to leave this sweet haven that is! Book this spot!! Before we do again!

That saying “The Pictures don’t do it justice” is exactly true for Diane’s apartment - the pictures looked beautiful but the reality is even better. Very clean and everything you need. Great location and such a beautiful town with friendly people - we got the train into York one day, the station was less than a 10 min walk (station cafe is AMAZING) - all in all a great stay and hope we can come back again soon - thanks Diane! X

Excellent apartment, we stayed for the week as we were going to a wedding in Harrogate. The apartment was so central to everything, the bus station, the train station, and the main shopping area. The apartment itself was equipped to the highest standard, and the extras Maureen provided were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area. And I would certainly book this place again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to the host Maureen, your home was beautiful.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

We had a fantastic 4 day visit to the beautiful city of York based on Jenny's well located listing. Very rare spot at the center of it all, with large, excellent, Marks and Spencer grocers right out the front door. All the excitement of adjacent narrow passage ways through the Shambles. One of the best parts of being so close was the easy ability to wander through in the morning hours, before the other many tourists visiting York begin to crowd in. Comfortable flat, super-friendly and communicative host.

Perfect location for a couple of nights in Harrogate. Wonderful apartment, very tastefully done. Rachael was very responsive and gave plenty of clear instructions. Couldn’t fault it!

A fantastic location to visit York, with views of the wall as well as York Minster. Accommodation was very good with 10min walk into York for sight seeing and restaurants, would stay here again.
