In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest begins 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elz Valley Cycle Path are also quickly reached: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. The ideal apartment for peace seekers, hikers and nature lovers. Cozy apartment separate on the upper floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and fantastic distant views. We share the house entrance, then guests go up to the separate apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. News about the 2021 flood: We are on the mountain and were not affected. All roads in the area are now passable again.
