Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

This romantic country-style villa in the middle of the Eifel is detached in a wonderful garden of 4500 m² with an ancient tree population. The vacation home offers ample space for large families or small groups of up to 12 people on over 200 m². On 2 floors there are 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all present.

Jagdvilla Landhaus Karbach

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.

Bridge villa stay

The prices are based on an occupancy of 6 people (minimum charge). On Sunday, a late departure until 10 pm is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €26 per night. Very special house with park-like garden and Baroque gazebo. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different angles and corners on different levels and great views.
