The holiday apartment consists of a beautiful, large bedroom with a double bed (180 cm.), toilet and bath, living room with dining area and sofa, hallway and kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be made into a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm.). The kitchen is perfect for smaller meals on vacation, and includes facilities such as a dishwasher, stove, air fryer, tableware, etc.

Det Lille Gule Hus is centrally located in the adventure town of Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with a bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5-minute walk to the town hall, a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works well for a family with two children and a dog!

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Super nice cottage with panoramic views of Vesterstrand and Strandhusene. Located in the Adventure City. The house has a nice large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a nice bright living room, a guest toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 person. The garden has small cozy nooks and there is a small lake. There is a terrace on 3 sides of the house. Parking for 2 cars. 500 meters to the beach and downtown.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

On Ærø, you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking or swimming. The Øhavs trail passes by the house. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnæs, only about 15 minutes' drive from the farm.
