Our lovely home is the perfect starting point for a family holiday in Svendborg and the surrounding area. The villa is only 200 meters from the local, child-friendly beach and 200 meters from the forest with the possibility of bonfires, walks and cycling. It is only 10 minutes by bike to Svendborg city and 5 minutes by car. The villa has plenty of space, full quilted kitchen, several bedrooms, two bathrooms and the most amazing green garden with fire pit, fruit trees, trampoline, barbecue, etc. better setting for a wonderful holiday hardly exists!

In the immediate area there are wonderful nature experiences, beach, forest, a walk to the ice shop, various local farm bays and vineyards. Within 10 minutes drive along the water you are in the center of Svendborg. Directly to adult non-smokers.

Enjoy Svendborg and Sydfyn from a lovely villa that has room for the whole family. The villa is located with Høje Bøge Skoven as a neighbor - 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian street's cozy shops and restaurants. 10 minutes from fantastic bathing jetty and small beach. The house has 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds and a children's room with a single bed. The garden is sunny, lots of cozy nooks, orangery, trampoline, and sandbox. From the terrace there is a fantastic view over Svendborg, Taasinge and look to the water.

Charming summer residence by the forest and beach

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there are sea views. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire place. There is wifi, cromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys etc.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Skovby old Skole, Huset No.1

The house "No. 1" you get all to yourselves, with your own and there are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is both a heat pump and fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The forest is located in the backyard with mountain biking tracks and 500 meters to a beautiful beach . The house has 3 rooms with a double bed in all 3 rooms . Large dining area for 8 and a good and cozy living room . In the garden, there is also dining for 8 people and a barbecue . Animals are not allowed to be brought .

With plenty of space, a homely atmosphere and a lovely terrace and garden, we offer a cozy base for a holiday stay.
