The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

The Little Yellow House is centrally located in the fairy town Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5 minute walk to the town hall, there is a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works fine for a family with two kids and a dog!

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Zwei Haltestellen für den kostenlosen Inselbus befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien oder Paare. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen sonnigen Garten mit Möbeln und Grill.

Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis of a townhouse on the outskirts of the old town of Ärøskøbing. The house has a lovely garden for where to enjoy the sun all day and eat out in good weather. The house was renovated a few years ago, however, the bathroom has not been renovated.
