Newly built exclusive guest house with sea view 75 meters from the sandy beach at Revhaken. The guest house, 30 sqm, has a kitchen area with a dining area for 5 people and a sofa bed for 2 people. In the kitchen area, there is a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. Toilet/shower room with washing machine. Entrance with stairs to the sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, which is 16 sqm and with a ceiling height of 110 cm, there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Towards the sea, 20 sqm wooden deck with awning, electric grill and seating for 10 people. 8 sqm storage.

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Nice Attefallshus in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

Nedre plan med mindre kök, samt badrum med dusch och ytterligare ett sällskapsrum/matrum med bord samt en utdragbar bäddsoffa för 2 personer. Finns plats för ytterligare ett barn eller ungdom på övre plan. Ej lämpligt för småbarn pga brant trappa. Gångavstånd till stranden samt centrum/hamnen med butiker och restauranger.

Cozy cottage on quiet Äspet in Åhus, 48 sqm with 6 beds + travel cot for children if desired. Located on a property with residential buildings. Walking distance to Åhus Hamn with cozy restaurants, ice cream boat, shops and playgrounds. Also walking distance to Äspets amazing white sand beach. Duvets and pillows are included, bed linen is not included. Please also bring towels and bath towels. Final cleaning is done by the tenant or by the landlord by agreement and at a cost of SEK 1,000.

Seaside Attefallhus at Äspet

Välkommen till vår kära attefallsstuga! Denna stuga är belägen på Äspet i Åhus, med 200 meter till havet samt kronoskogen. Det är ca 1,5 km till centrum där hamnen och alla restauranger ligger! Gäster har tillgång till egen altan samt en parkeringsplats bredvid stugan. Två cyklar finns att låna. Sängkläder & handdukar finns på plats, Ifall man vill hyra, 300kr. Detta måste isåfall meddelas innan ankomst. Städning sker som överenskommet utav hyresgästen dagen man åker hem.

Double bed in Bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Private entrance and patio as well as free parking. - No cleaning fee- You leave the place in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased. - Towels and sheets for a fee. - Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Private guest house of 15 square meters with its own toilet with Åhus wonderful sandy beach within 250 meters. Please note that this home has access to the toilet and sink and a small fridge, but there is no access to shower/hot water or kitchen. If you are more than 2 people, there is the possibility of renting an additional guest house (without a toilet) on the property on the property, right next to the other cabin.
