The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

New guest house of 30 square meters on a secluded part of the plot with private parking and a large sunny patio. Separate bedroom + sleeping loft. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Short walking distance to Täppet's wonderful sandy beach. Åhusbryggan and the event area (beach handball, beach soccer, etc.) one kilometer away. In addition, adjacent lovely hiking areas. Electric car charging is not allowed in wall outlets, but contact the host for the possibility of charging via charging box (for a fee) on another part of the property.

Villa Vide

Welcome to this quiet 1920s home, a 5-minute walk from the beach. The ground floor has a ceiling height of 3 meters. There is an equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious sofa set with room to socialize. The house is partially newly renovated and all rooms repainted. There are three bedrooms with seven beds and two sofa beds. Bed linen and bath towel included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Laundry room is in the basement. Free parking is included, with room for four cars. In the garden, there is a conservatory with a dining area.

The Castle - Täppet Åhus

Åhus has most things to offer during the summer, Beach Soccer - Beach Handball, World-class sandy beaches and restaurants and bars, so that's enough. The accommodation at the Castle is located about 1.5 km from Åhus Seaside and the beach in an extremely quiet area on Täppet. The house has generous spaces with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patios, outdoor kitchen, outdoor room, pool, etc. There are 4 beds (width 120, 140 & 180 cm) but sleeps up to 10 people with extra bed/mattress/sofa. The pool is, of course, heated to 28 degrees.

Welcome to our annex of approximately 50 m² – a newly renovated, charming and private accommodation with its own patio. The annex is located next to our family's house but is completely secluded with its own entrance. The location is good – here you are close to most things: About a 15-minute walk to the beach. 10 minutes to the harbor with several restaurants. 5 minutes to larger grocery stores (ICA Kvantum or Willys) For families with children (or playful adults!), we also offer access to soccer goals and a basketball hoop. Welcome!

Nice Attefallshus in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy the outdoors. Head out onto the lake on a stand-up paddleboard or in a kayak. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Here, there are no obligations—only tranquility. The house is not suitable for young children. Children must be at least 9 years old.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Four bed summer house divided in two separate cottages. Good standard and close to the beach (200 m), nature reserve pine tree forest (200 m), multiple restaurants (1,5 km), Åhus marina (2 km), tennis court (250 m) and golf (3 km). Cottage 1: double bedroom upstairs, double sofa bed in the kitchen, kitchen, bathroom, dining space both in- and outdoors and TV. Cottage 2: double sofa bed, bathroom and a sleeping loft. Free parking and WiFi. Towels and linnen can be rented for 100 SEK/person.
