Exclusive summer accommodation in Åhus Äspet. Consisting of a main building and an available guest house. The property is located within walking distance (about 500m) to Revhaksstranden in Åhus. The main building consists of a complete kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and coffee maker. The kitchen is integrated with the dining and living room. The free ceiling height of 4 m and the panoramic window provide an open and personal atmosphere. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a loft overlooking the dining and living area.

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

A good overnight accommodation, in a quiet and nice environment. You have about 700 meters to Sandstrand. At the beach, you have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar and miniature golf. If you want to make an excursion down to Österlen, it takes 30 minutes by car. Included: Bedding Toilet paper and paper towels Hand towel and shower towel Dishwashing liquid, dish brush and dish towel. You do a simple final cleaning. Wash dishes and throw away garbage and bed linens, along with towels, put in the washing machine There are 2 simple bicycles.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.
