Newly-built exclusive guest house with sea view 75m from the sandy beach at Revhaken. The guesthouse 30 sqm accommodates the kitchen area with a dining area for 5 and a sofa for 2. In the kitchen part there is fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven and dishwasher. Toilet/shower room with washing machine. Entrance with stair to the sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, which is 16 sqm large and with a ceiling height of 110 cm, there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Facing the sea 20 sqm wooden deck with awning, electric grill and seating for 10 people. 8 sqm storage.

The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Miscellaneous kitchen utensils and coffee maker. In connection there is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Short walking distance to Täppet's wonderful sandy beach. The Åhusbryggan and event area (beach handball, beach soccer etc) one kilometer away. In addition, adjacent to lovely hiking areas. Electric car charging is not allowed in wall outlets, but contact the host for the possibility of charging via charging box (for a fee) on another part of the property.

Welcome to our dear cohabitation cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea as well as the crown forest. It is about 1,5 km to the city centre where the harbour and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own patio area as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bikes are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are on site, if you want to rent, 200 SEK. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Nice Attefallshus in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

The cottage is 25 sqm and sleeping loft with double bed (2x90cm). There is a sofa bed (140 cm) with space for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with all amenities! -Tv -Wi-Fi -AC -Kitchen with stove/oven fridge/freezer compartment toaster/coffee maker/ electric kettle/microwave -Toilet and shower -Grill -The furniture Guests bring their own towels and bed linen. Cozy cottage with 4 beds. Close to the ocean, 150 meters to the nice cliff beach and pool area. Close to Åhus Bech Handball/Soccer and Events. Nearby there are also paddle courts, mini golf, UpZone, grocery stores, pharmacies. Walking distance to Åhus Hamn with cozy restaurants, the Glassboat and a nice playground.
