Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

Välkommen till vårt hemtrevliga annex på cirka 50 m² – ett charmigt och privat boende med egen uteplats. Annexet ligger intill vår familjs hus men är helt avskilt med egen ingång. Läget är bra – här har du närhet till det mesta: Ca 15 minuters promenad till stranden. 10 minuter till hamnen med flera restauranger. 5 minuter till större livsmedelsbutik. För barnfamiljer (eller lekfulla vuxna!) erbjuder vi även tillgång till fotbollsmål, studsmatta, pingisbord och basketkorg. Välkommen!
