Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. The annex is new and 55 sqm . It has all the amenities you need on your vacation. Comfortable double bed with hotel feel. Fully equipped kitchen. Private cozy barbecue area/patio. Great WiFi and TV with Chromecast. Distance: The harbor with restaurants and ice cream bars: 700m, Grocery store: 600m, Event area: 700m Golf course: 2000m, Wonderful beach: 600m. Don 'T forget cleaning IS not included!

Relax in our small retreat with a private jetty and large plot. Drink the coffee on the balcony, gaze at the star cloud through the skylight above the bed, listen to your favorite pod from the deck with miles of views, or pour a glass of wine into the drink nook. Is it raining? Open the large double doors in the dining room and just enjoy! The home provides the opportunity for both privacy and community. In the surroundings there are endless walking paths and nice bike trails. We provide 2 bikes and two kayaks.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home. Villa Rumex offers all the possibilities for a fabulous stay. The unique character of the house invites to cosy moments in front of the fire, or relax with a good book in the window nook. The surroundings invite long walks on the sandy beach or in the sandy forest. For golf lovers, Sweden's southernmost golf course is just a stone's throw away. With restaurants, ice cream kiosks, art gallery and farm sale, there is always something new to explore in the area.

Cozy cottage on small horse farm

Quiet and quiet where you can be in peace, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No visibility inside the cabin. The cottage has oil salt and pepper. Tea and toilet paper 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft that kids love. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Skåne's 3 best spa nearby. 15 min m car to Sjöbo.

Ny villa vid havet på 52kvm med all bekvämlighet som kan önskas. Stort soldäck med havsutsikt, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med panoramasikt ut över havet, dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar på övre plan samt bäddsoffa på nedre plan med tillhörande extra säng, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl/frys & diskmaskin. Städ som tillval 600:- SEK Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
