Excellent location, easily accessible by public transport. Buses run regularly, and the central station with Metro is just a few stops away. The host satisfied my request for an early check-in. The area is quiet and quiet. The large and complete house.

It was really exactly as described, huge, but still cozy living area, a large kitchen, an immediate personal and above all nice welcome. The interaction was pleasant and, above all, uncomplicated. The price-performance ratio was really fair. We felt very comfortable and, if we go on vacation in this area again, we will book this accommodation again.

Our stay at Sabine's home was perfect. The apartment's proximity to the metro station made it incredibly convenient and quick to get to the city center. Additionally, the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Beautiful apartment with everything needed. Quiet location, but still a lot within walking distance. Only the apartment's own smell, especially in the bedroom and kitchen, was somewhat annoying. Better blackout in the bedroom would have been cool. All in all, no reason to give less than 5 stars.

Super nice contact, apartment tip top, lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable. Above all, the large bathroom and kitchen with living room were great. This place was so cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen, which had everything necessary for that. Also loved being able to do laundry. My kids enjoyed the toys and games.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, the value for money is definitely right. The apartment was very clean, plus was a wireless vacuum cleaner, with which you can simply vacuum briefly yourself. It's extremely quiet, you don't actually hear anything from the city. I think there were still 2 bedside lamps in the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient only with ceiling light. The couch was very hard, but at least an area throughout and not shared with two different degrees of hardness. There is no outlet in the bathroom ( at least we didn't find any) and there could have been a few more large cups, so you always had to wash the dishes right away. Towels super fluffy,everything worked. The apartment is absolutely recommended!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

Mona's apartment is extremely clean and centrally located. Bed is very convenient and big enough Only the parking facilities are limited to a few and expensive options. All in all, a good tip.

Spontaneously one day before the trip, I sent Michael a request for two next in his apartment. He responded quickly and was super friendly, giving the apartment to us at such short notice. A clear instruction on parking, directions and check-in made everything very easy and uncomplicated. The apartment is super nice, clean and lovingly decorated, you feel at home. The location at the end of the Mühlengasse was perfect for us, short distances to go with the dog just "around the corner", and an ideal starting point for hikes. The "center" was also reached in no time. Ralf and his family were super helpful, the apartment was great and everything else was fine. We would like to thank you for the hospitality - and we will be happy to come back!

We occupied Anna-Luisa's apartment with four adults, a 3-year-old and 2 dogs and felt comfortable right away. Our son in particular felt right at home and played with the toys in the hallway. The apartment is spacious, tastefully and simply furnished and has everything you need. We had an all-round relaxing short break in and around Bamberg.

Selma's accommodation is very nice with the garden and the pool. In particular, since the weather was very warm during our stay, the accommodation was perfect. The garden is very quite. Easily accessible by bus from the train station. Selma is a friendly and open hostess.

We stayed two nights in Sonja's new apartment as a family with our two children. This is the basement of her house, superbly furnished, very well-equipped, brand new and impeccably clean! We had a great time, and the little touches were much appreciated. I highly recommend it! Thanks again, Sonja!

Our stay at Lohmanns Landhaus zum See was just wonderful! The combination of tranquility, comfort and wellness inspired us. The classic sauna and the easy-to-use hot tub ensured pure relaxation. The large terrace with sauna, hot tub and a cozy igloo to warm up was a real highlight. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening rounded off the day perfectly. We really liked the decor in the cozy country house style. Alex and Bianca were always available, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. Particularly helpful was the lovingly compiled book with tips on attractions, cycling and hiking trails as well as restaurants. The quiet surroundings were ideal for switching off, and we were able to relax optimally. An all-round perfect stay – we will be happy to come back and can highly recommend it!

Great, large, luxurious accommodation. Very warm and friendly hosts. Great that you have private balcony but can use the terrace and pool as well. Unfortunately, as we had a lot of rainy weather on vacation, we used and enjoyed the hot tub in the bathroom all the more. Definitely recommended to have a car at this property.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.
