Ubicación estratégica, a menos de 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto (ALC), y de las ciudades más turísticas: Benidorm, Alicante, Villajoyosa, San Juan... A 45 minutos de Guadalest, y a menos de 2 horas de Valencia.

It is located one and a half kilometers from August and 20 minutes from the beach and Alicante, as well as 20 minutes from Altet airport in a very quiet area with very good views. The house has parking, porch with pool and barbecue, snack bar, fireplace, heating... and plenty of outdoor space. Three double rooms, one of them with two single beds, two bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. There are hiking trails very close that I can point out.
