Villa holiday rentals in Alacantí

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Benko responded very quick via rbnb and whatts app. Early check in was possible without further paymant. A car was included by renting his house. We only had to pay for the pick up service to/from the airport. The deposit you have to pay was restored at my bankaccount in one day. So nice house, clean swimming pool and big playing area around the house. Tip: some extra towels for the swimming pool. Conclusion: great house and Benko: great service, trustfull and very reliable.

Fantastic house with amazing views of the mountains and the sea. Although it should be ideal to go in summer, in winter we spent some fantastic days doing hiking trails and visiting the surroundings. The house works very well, it is a little cold for the winter, but it has all the necessary comforts. Thank you very much!

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s really modern, in a lovely location with a fantastic pool and outside space. The villa is a great size, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were fantastic, greeting us even though our arrival wasn’t until late in the evening. Very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic break and would love you return again in the future

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

Fabulous villa, with everything we needed. Not over looked at all, the pool area is amazing! Philippe was always on hand if needed, and kept us in the loop at all times. Couple of bars restaurants within a 15 minutes walk.

The villa is wonderful. It has everything you need and more, as well as being very well cared for and beautiful. We had an ideal weekend. The access is paved, even if it is not a road, and it does not have any major problems

well where to start. the villa is so beautiful the photos really don't do it justice it is incredible. shanty couldn't be more helpful too our stay was majorly affected by the nationwide power cut and shanty went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening and that we got to the airport safely and on time. cannot recommend her and the villa enough.

I booked the villa for my friends hen weekend, to accommodate 14 people. It was exactly as described and a beautiful setting. We ordered a food shop for delivery and spent a lot of time at the villa, enjoying the pool and sunshine. Monica was flexible with the check in and accommodating whenever we needed anything. It's a 10 minute taxi into Benidorm, costing around 10/15 Euros. I would book to stay here again if we went back with a large group!

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

Attentive hosts, extremely responsive.

We had a great time at the property of Manuela & Thomas. With 3 adults and one toddler there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy both inside and outdoors. I think the pictures of the listing speak for themselves; the property has great amenities all around, it's impossible to get enough of that view and in the evening the only thing you could hear were birds chirping peacefully outside. This place has everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended and we hope to return one day.

Luxury accommodation. The most remarkable thing is the views from the house, but also the cleanliness, how cozy, large and comfortable it is. We would go back without thinking!

This villa is absolutely beautiful. In a peaceful and beautiful part of Finestrat, but only a 10 minute taxi into the busy town and 15 minutes into Benidorm. The villa was spotless and had everything you could need to enjoy your holidays. Christelle was a brilliant representative, so polite and approachable and was on hand if we ever needed anything. There was 13 adults in our party and the sleeping arrangements were perfectly fine. I have seen other reviews commenting on the basement room, we thought it was a really good very large space and the fold out beds were just as comfy as any other bed. This is a beautiful place for family holiday or large groups. 5 stars 🌟 Thankyou to Christelle for being an amazing host

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

Estefania is a wonderful host. Excellent communication. A beautiful villa in a quaint family neighborhood. 5 mins to tram, easy to get to Alicante or walking distance to local restaurants and beautiful Playa San Juan. Estefania even left us a beautiful basket of fresh fruits and a variety of coffee upon our arrival - very sweet and generous. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Muchas Gracias!

First time we have ever used air bnb. The whole process was made incredibly easy by Kiras great communication and Mabel on site to help out, great check in and out. Accommodation was top notch with views to match. A perfect week to re charge our batteries and relax. The pool was great and the gardens stunning. Most definitely did not want to leave and will definitely return.

Such an amazing place! It's a beautiful spacious house, perfect for a family or group of friends. The many different amenities make you barely want to leave the house. It's close to alicante and the many pretty beaches in the area. And Demci was an amazing host, made sure we were happy and gave many great recommendations!
