Waterfront holiday rentals in Alacantí

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

Amazing! So happy I chose Carlos's apartment for my 5 week trip to Alicante. The sea views are incredible! The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was perfect. Just walk out of the building, cross the street and you're on a lovely, clean, and quiet beach. The TRAM is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and can be used to get to downtown Alicante in 25 minutes. I also used it for day trips to coastal towns north of Alicante like Villajoyosa and Altea. There are a handful of nice restaurants next to the apartment. I really enjoyed my walks/runs on the paved path in front of the beach. The center of El Campello is a 20 minute scenic walk and has tons of restaurants and stores (including Lidl and Mercadona). You can also use the TRAM which stops right next to Carrefour. The area is lovely with plenty of things to do and see. Carlos was so nice and helpful! His communication was outstanding. I highly recommend staying here!

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

The apartment, as I say, is even more beautiful than in the photos, super cozy, it has a lot of light, the furniture is impeccable, and everything is perfect. We will definitely return. Apart from that, it is close to everything, the beach, restaurants

This apartment once belonged to my father and we used to spend a lot of time there. That's why it was particularly important for me to spend my time here. And I am extremely pleased that everything has been transferred into such good hands. Even though it unfortunately did not work out for us to meet in person, I got to know Carlos as an incredibly warm and courteous person and host, who responds in a friendly manner within a very short time and is absolutely reliable. The apartment and furnishings were as described... and the view is and remains simply wonderful. I would be happy to come back if I want to indulge in memories again and spend some time without masses of tourists... and of course, to water the palm tree 😉 Dear Carlos, I thank you for these "memories" and wish you all the love and good things imaginable from the bottom of my heart

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.

Absolutely fantastic location with beautiful views from the balcony. Large apartment with lots of space and all of the extras from our host were a lovely touch.

Very nice house, comfortable, well furnished and very pleasant to live in. The common areas are very spacious, bright and with a beautiful view of the terrace, the pool and the sea. The garden is well maintained, with beautiful Mediterranean plants and shrubs. We'll be happy to go back!

Great location. Beautiful views. The sound of the ocean is the most relaxing and one of the wonderful feature this home has. Highly recommended.

A WA group was created in advance, in which we were provided with all the relevant information for the check-in as well as great tips. The accommodation is close to the airport, check-in was contactless and completely smooth. The apartment itself, especially the kitchen and bathroom, was very clean and lovingly prepared upon our arrival. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, even alcohol were available for us. Surroundings is quiet and familial. The pool area was pleasant, even if there was some foliage. For hijabis, it is good to know that the pool area is only partially private. The beach and supermarket are within easy walking distance. A rental car is still recommended. This will take you quickly to Alicante. The only criticism: The double bed is unstable, which affected my sleep a little. Daniel was always available and very helpful. Great overall stay. We will be happy to come back!

1st class host, relaxing location and plenty of great beaches within a short drive. would definitely book again.

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great view, easy beach access and nice pool

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

There was everything you need to have comfortable rest at the seaside. The host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Rosi gave a piece of advice where we can eat delicious and not expensive , she gave instructions how to get to her apartment, making the whole experience easier. The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

Great communication with Mrs. Teresa, Location in the very center of Alicante, exit from the apartment to great ice cream and restaurants. There was a bit of noise, but it was also related to the holiday in Alicante.
