Hi! We rent the cellar in our mediterranean villa, This villa is all you have been looking for. It’s the ideal place for families, specially for your kids! They will enjoy in the pool and the play room. If you are looking to enjoy in a peaceful atmosphere, this is your place to stay in! A few minutes away from the beach and city centre by highway and 2mins by bus. We rent the cellar which is independent and has its own entrance. We are a family with kids and we have a friendly german shepherd.

Newly constructed guest house at the rear of the property. Two friendly dogs and one cat in the main house area. The house is situated within walking distance of San Juan Pueblo which is a lively town very close to Alicante. The beach is 20 minutes away ( by bike ) and there are lovely countryside walks nearby.
