Great place! Was a wonderful home base for a fun girls’ weekend.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay. The kitchen is one of the best kitted out that we’ve had, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is peaceful and quiet. We did hear the pitter patter of tiny feet, but I always found that charming. It’s a lovely family and a very walkable home to both the downtown mall and the wool factory. I’m sure we’ll be back.

I had an amazing two-month stay here. The place looks EXACTLY like the photos, and is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Shower is perfect and I found the bed very comfortable. I started a new job and needed temporary housing while I settled in, and all I needed to bring here was my clothes and personal toiletries. Hosts were very responsive and maintenance came very quickly when I needed a snow shovel, and when the wifi needed resetting once. The carriage house itself is beautifully renovated and decorated - I felt right at home, and it was fun to have my own little house. Bus stops are just a few minutes walk, and you can walk to restaurants and shops easily as well. The house is a few blocks away from the railway line - once or twice a day, you will hear (and feel!) a train rumbling in the background, but it is not bothersome at all. There is zero traffic noise - very quiet street. Overall, great place - would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This is a very comfortable and clean suite in a lovely neighborhood out my favorite road in Charlottesville.

Geneieve's place is a wonderful classical home a quick walk to the downtown mall on Charlottesville. Everything about the stay was smooth--communication, entry, ample supplies, lots of space, and even a pumpkin bread. The bathroom is extensive and there is no shortage of storage. The little, bright eating nook was a perfect place to think about what to do for the day. It is an older home but that is part of the charm.

Our quick stay in Crozet was nothing short of wonderful. Calandra was a wonderful host- responsive and had taken every precaution in the apartment to make guests feel at home. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, uncluttered, and beautifully decorated with little modern touches. The neighborhood is lovely: quiet, safe and family friendly. We look forward to staying here again!

Robyn's place was easy to find and in a great location. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything that we needed. The apartment is in the basement of the existing house, however we never heard anyone above us. We did have a car but no issues with street parking. We were able to park directly outside the house the entire weekend. We will book again next time we are in the area.

The apartment is great. It has everything you need and is brand new. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen island/counter is ideal for kitchen prep and eating. The location is the best part with it being inside Piedmont Place which has restaurants and an ice cream shop.

Cute place 30 minutes from downtown and UVA! A scenic drive with lots of wineries on the way. Awesome alternative to expensive hotel costs for a concert at the JPJ!

Place is exactly as promoted and Ryan is an excellent host and communicator. Easy access to campus and surrounding areas. Should be noted the mattresses are very comfortable and he is not stingy on the linens, bathroom towels, etc.

Good spot to explore Charlottesville from! Place was very clean and snacks and drinks were provided :)

This is a very comfortable, clean, and beautiful place. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the second floor, on nice days, I really enjoyed the sunlight there. The large windows offer a great view of the outdoors. The hosts are very friendly and provided detailed instructions for everything along with restaurant recommendations. They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything so easy. Their warmth and kindness created such a welcoming atmosphere, and they paid attention to every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here. I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately, the place was already booked for the following days. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Very homey place if you’re looking for something with character and old charm! Betty Jo was so nice and gave great recommendations. We drove, but not far to the main outdoor mall area and campus. Walkable to the river!

This was my second time visiting and my stay was even better than the last time! The hosts were great at communicating and very flexible about check in time. The unit is close to so many fun places to explore! And not too far from other towns with even more shops and activities. Can’t recommend this stay enough and I would love to stay again! Eric’s place was clean, he was very nice & had quick responses. Perfect space and had everything that we needed. The bluetooth speaker in the bathroom was awesome. Would highly recommended others to stay here.

Quiet, great location, very close to several breweries and vineyards and Sarah was a great host! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

Perfect for our stopover, Katie let us check-in earlier which was very helpful as we were exhausted from our travels. Really awesome space, loved the decor and open feel! Thanks for the stay 😊

AnnMarie's place was spotless! I rarely take my shoes off in rentals, but her place was SO clean! The new windows provided the most gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains! She communicated that we could check-in early that day as we were driving down, which was so helpful! She left muffins, pretzels, half-and-half, coffee, and some adult beverages. We could walk to several restaurants in Belmont (Belle, The Local, Mockingbird, Tavola) and you can walk to the downtown mall. We went to Monticello for the Saunders-Monticello Trail walk and stopped by Carter Mountain; all so close! And those gorgeous wood floors!!! We look forward to staying at AnnMarie's next time we are in Charlottesville!

This was a nice two-person apartment close to shopping and restaurants. Well-stocked kitchen, a great screened porch with table and chairs (we ate meals out there), and a huge bathroom. About the only thing missing was a TV, but we had laptops and wifi so it wasn't really an issue for us.

This is our second time staying here, and everything was as perfect as before! Will stay again here I’m sure!

It was really great for our family to get away for a few days over Thanksgiving! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the suite was cozy. Overall we enjoyed the flexibility of having a few different rooms, being able to cook (as much as we needed/wanted to), and the fact that the earth room doesn't have windows allowed us to sleep in late. As far as amenities, the tub pretty amazing. I also really enjoyed peeking at some of the crafting books on the bookshelves - the cowgirl room in particular has a workshop feel that I enjoyed! Really grateful we were able to go on this trip - thank you!

Francois' place is great! Great coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Parking is easy. There is not a real kitchen (fridge and toaster oven only), so don't plan on cooking meals there, but it fit our needs nicely. Would definitely stay again!

Great two night stay at Lisa's place! 5 minute drive to the downtown mall area, you definitely could do the 30ish minute walk but it was 95 degrees so we opted to drive. Thankfully the apartment had AC and was cool and comfortable. Lisa was very friendly and responsive and the place itself had everything we needed and more. Recommended for anyone visiting the Charlottesville area!
