*Winter update: Jan/mid-March. Our fairly long flat gravel driveway is hard to navigate in snow. AWD, or heavier cars, are helpful. We will shovel some, allow sun to melt the remaining. Where old meets new! We’re a 1950’s brick home, uplifted with the addition of a front porch and an Italian limewash brick finish. Our refurbishment has been a labor of love - we hope you feel at home & love it too! We trust you to please take care of our home and be respectful of our neighbors. Traveling with children? NorthEast Park is an easy 3 minute walk, just two streets away. A walking trail along the Rivanna River is just beyond the end of our street. The CAT bus stop is also nearby.
