I love the memories our family shared together here. Our family has vacationed in OBX several years, and Kat’s house is a true gem that stands out because we: - Walked quickly to and from the beach. Cars would stop to allow us to cross the street. - Made meals together in our well equipped kitchen. We also dined in nearby local restaurants. - Found quality supplies and equipment in laundry, bathrooms, outdoor shower, and beach closet. - Relaxed in the hot tub. All six of us fit comfortably together! The hot tub was clean, modern, and well maintained. - Soaked in amazing views on the top deck with quality, comfortable seating. - Enjoyed games like Jumanji, Tiki Toss, and Twister during rain. Next time we may try OBX Monopoly. Katherine’s service is best in class because she is proactive, thoughtful, and effective. I didn’t worry about a thing! Our guests ranged from preschool age to retired, and we all valued our stay. We appreciated your comfortable and thoughtful space. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at RUM-D.C.A! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet neighborhood just s seconds from the beach. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches and fast Wi-Fi. Dan was very responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this Airbnb – I’d absolutely stay here again!

Nestled in the heart of the Inner Banks, this home offers the perfect blend of peace, comfort, and natural beauty. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy linens and thoughtful touches throughout. The views were absolutely breathtaking—sunrises over the water, gentle breezes, and the kind of quiet that soothes the soul. Our days were filled with playing in the lush backyard, reading on the deck, and exploring charming nearby towns. Evenings were for bonfire, stargazing, and watching the colors of the sunset fade into twilight. Rainbows End truly lives up to its name Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our stay at changing tides in the Outer Banks was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the short 30 second walk to the pristine beach. The house itself is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, with a fabulous kitchen, hot tub, and very well appointed living spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches made our vacation effortless and relaxing. The location in Duck was ideal—close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions like iconic duck donuts haha, nearby cute places to eat , yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive. We will definitely return.

This was a perfect place for a large family to stay. The location is perfect as it's walkable to private beach where there is hardly any crowd. There are various restaurants within a mile of this location and everything was available for a great time.

We loved our stay near Duck in South Shores, NC! The home’s interior was modern with minimalist decor and featured amazing spa amenities like a hot tub, sauna, and rain shower. It was secluded in a quiet neighborhood yet just a short walk to the beach. The host checked in regularly, which made us feel well cared for. Perfect for a relaxing couples’ getaway—we’d definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a sibling and spouse vacation. 12 of us. It was incredible! Location could not be more perfect. We could walk to absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Beach is an easy walk to end of the street. Great neighborhood! Karen provides endless beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak. We had no children with us but what a place for a family or a reunion or small wedding. A swing set & a playroom with giant connect 4, arcade games, air hockey and board games. For the adults a pool table, a poker table, chess, a shuffle board table & 2 bars all fully stocked with glassware, and bar ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment. Pool area provides plenty of seating and fun for kids. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Bedrooms are spacious. You do not hear anybody from one room to the next. Karen was so great to work with & very responsive to all questions & concerns. Don’t miss out on this one. We will be back! Just the best!

Jessica’s place was amazing! Easy walk down to the beach, amazing backyard with grill, and the gym is right across the street.

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

This made a perfect spot for our family of 6. So close to beach and pool what more could we ask for. Super clean and exceeded our expectations. Inside stocked with games; boogie boards and a couple beach chairs we used as well. Definitely recommend!

Colleen's place was clean, great location right on the boardwalk and at a great value for my family's needs. Recommend if you're looking for a place right on VA Beach with lots of amenities in walking distance and especially if you just want to lay on the beach all day.

Matthew & Janet were wonderful and their place is beautiful. We’ve been staying in Corolla for 30 years and their home is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved staying at the Darlin Marlin! The house was situated on a quiet street and it was a quick walk to the shops in Duck or to the beach. The house was perfect. It had everything our family needed. I loved the way it was decorated and there were so many different areas throughout the house to relax. Whether it was sipping coffee on the screened in porch or getting some sun on by the pool or on the deck, the house had it all. I loved all the kitchen amenities and everything felt like it was brand new. We had stayed at many houses throughout all areas of the OBX and this was a favorite. We will be back!
