Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

The Cottage at Muddy Creek

This gorgeous and quaint cottage sits on Muddy Creek where Perquimans River and the Albemarle Sound meet. It offers unparalleled views of magnificent dusk and dawn skies over water as you are surrounded by a variety of wildlife. Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Welcome to our modest ocean front cottage! Simple beach living awaits you in this adorable, 3 bed, 2 bath home. Just 250 feet of gently rolling dunes lay between you and the beach. Our home is in the remote 4WD area of Currituck County NC. Family friendly. Pet friendly. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of an Atlantic Boardwalk, this place is not for you. Come spend time with nature including our wild horses. Precious memories await you!!

Betty's Bungalow

Betty’s Bungalow Is located 4 miles south of Columbia on Levels Road. You can enjoy walking around the farm, the quiet Levels community, or along the boardwalk in the picturesque town of Columbia. There is ample parking for boats and horse trailers. Pasture board is available for the equestrian enthusiasts for a nominal fee. When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.

Trestle House

The Trestle House is named after the railroad trestles that serve as the beams in the ceilings of the first floor and basement. The stone fireplaces and original wooden floors all combine to give the house its beautiful, unique character. The wraparound deck gives magnificent views of the pond and yard, often with the wildlife that share the home with guests. There is plenty of room for everyone, with five bedrooms, each with their own bath.

Private Beach! Friday to Friday rental during summer. 2-3 day rental off season (Oct-May) Our beachhouse is 1/2 block walk to our private community beach and 4 blocks from the cute town of Duck! Spend your days swimming in the sea, surfing, watching dolphins or rent bikes for the whole family from one of Duck’s many recreational businesses. Duck offers great restaurants, shopping, jet ski, paddle board, fishing, bicycle and kayak rentals.
