Loft holiday rentals in Alcavaneras

estuvimos dos días en este piso fue como estar en casa tenía de todo lo que se necesita, el apartamento está totalmente nuevo y muy limpio, lo único malo que al ser tan céntrico es casi imposible aparcar, pero tiene el parking de puerto a 5€ diario , muy recomendable

My wife and i had a lovely time here, great location right by the sea, great for walks along the boardwalk to the restaurants and beaches. the bungalow itself was spotlessly clean and what surprised us was the amount of little essentials it was fitted it out with which meant we only had to buy food and drink, unlike some places where the cupboards are completely bare! We even had a really nice bottle of wine, some beers and milk etc to tie us over until we went shopping the next day. We loved using the pool and BBQ and just staying in some days as we had it all. Some other visitors are commenting on the bin lorries arriving outside the front early some mornings but we had no problem with that - they after all collecting our waste as well! We had good friendly communication with Lidia and didn't want for anything more! Fantastic...

L'appartement de Cherin est très bien placé proche de la plage de las Canteras et du parc Santa Catalina. Les instructions pour y accéder étaient très claires. Merci pour l'accueil!

Der Appartement war wie beschrieben. Ganz nahe zur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand .Es war sehr ruhig.Vielleicht zu ruhig für Party Leute.Der Bus zum Flughafen ist 5 min zu Fuß.

El alojamiento es impresionante y la ubicación muy buena. Inmejorable para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos en la isla. Volveríamos.

El alojamiento de Tarina y Raúl es muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Las Palmas. Las fotos y la descripción coinciden con el alojamiento, que está muy cuidado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones muy cerca de la Playa de las Canteras. La falta de aparcamiento no ha sido un problema ya que Tarina nos dio un montón de opciones y ha sido fácil encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones. También teníamos algo de preocupación por el ruido, por tratarse de una zona céntrica y en carnavales, pero hemos descansado sin problema todas las noches, ni un ruido. Nos vemos a la próxima!

Helenas Wohnung befindet sich im höher gelegenen Teil von La Isleta, unmittelbar an einer schönen Promenade, die südlich am Meer entlang in Richtung Playa de las Canteras und nördlich zum steinigen aber wildromantischen Strand El Confital führt. Ideal für alle, die während ihres Aufenthaltes gerne in Meeresnähe wohnen möchten. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Cafés und sonstige kleine Läden. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas versteckt, da der Hauseingang nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Aber mit Helenas ausführlichen Anweisungen findet man das Haus ganz einfach. Gäste werden von Helena selbst bzw. einem Freund zur Schlüsselübergabe willkommen. Die Wohnung wurde wohl von einer Garage oder einer kleinen Lagerhalle geschickt in eine kleine Wohnung umgebaut, die zwar etwas düster ist, aber bezüglich Ausstattung und Komfort ist alles vorhanden, was man auch für längere Aufenthalte braucht. Helena ist eine aufmerksame Gastgebern, die um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht ist. Empfehlenswert.

Had wonderful holidays here. We originally booked Home2Book but found a huge roach in the kitchen hence booked this place (If you come across with their property, don’t book from them, their response was utterly disgusting, telling us that it’s normal to have roaches due to climate😬). We were glad that we found this place and switched over, this was much closer to a beach and restaurants. Super clean, modern and sleek interior design. Loved the place, the host was friendly too. Highly recommend :)

el apartamento era tal y como la descripción, la ubicación perfecta y la comunicación con Anmery, rápida y efectiva. Todo en general muy bien.

Siamo stati una settimana io e la mia ragazza e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, la casa era pulita e aveva ogni comfort, ci siamo sentiti da subito a casa. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha dato anche più tempo per il check-out dato che avevamo il volo di ritorno tardi. L’unica pecca è che in casa non circola molta aria essendoci una finestra piccola all’entrata. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

El piso es mucho mejor que en las fotos. Es espacioso, está muy muy limpio y la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Ideal para 3-4 personas. Hay aparcamiento de pago (1€ al día) a un minuto, y entre semana se puede aparcar en las calles de al lado sin tener que buscar mucho. Josué responde rápido y es muy simpático. El piso está a dos minutos andando del puerto y el paseo marítimo y, sobre todo, de una playa pequeña y de vistas impresionantes, con agua cristalina y amplio sitio para nadar y relajarse en una playa con vistas increíbles a los acantilados. Mucho mejor que en reseñas y fotos. Volveremos sin duda porque la relación calidad- precio está más que superada.

Me ha encantado la zona, muy cerca de todo y hemos dormido de maravilla. Todo limpio, y los anfitriones estuvieron pendiente en todo momento. Totalmente recomendado!

Das Loft in Agaete von Javier und Claudia hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten in den Tagen einen perfekten Aufenthalt, und konnten morgens wie abends den wunderfollen Blick auf das Meer und die angrenzende Küstenlinie von der grossen Terasse bewundern. Die Ausstattung lässt keine wünsche übrig und die Wohnung selbst bietet mehr als genug Platz für 4 Personen. Claudia hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären und darüber hinaus wertvolle Ratschläge für unseren ersten Aufenthalt auf Gran Canaria zu geben. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt - vielen lieben Dank dafür an Dich, Claudia !

Pasamos dos noches en el apartamento, está nuevo y reformado recientemente. El propietario nos recibió súper amable y nos explicó la casa y nos recomendó varios sitios a los que ir. Muy contentos con la estancia, lo único a destacar es que están de obras en la casa de al lado, nos despertaron todos los días.

Communication with Oliver the host was great from beginning to end. We were welcomed by Oliver who showed us how to work everything and answered any questions we had. We were able to book in early which was very much appreciated after a long journey. The studio was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen with all you need to cook at home should you want to (kitchen ware, herbs, spices & oils etc.) The drinking water system is a great help - no need to buy/carry water. The apartment also has a modern TV/internet set-up with many channels. There were beach towels & beach chairs should you wish to take a few steps over to the beach. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The main attraction to this apartment for us was the terraces, which did not disappoint!! Sun rise on one terrace and sun set on the other, meaning sunshine all day long, with plenty of shady areas too. Overall we had an wonderful relaxing time, thank you Oliver.
