Monthly Rentals in Alfarrasí

This is a perfect "old-school" rather than corporate AirBnB. Rakel and her husband Edo and their family live in the building and they are wonderfully attentive and helpful. You can certainly disappear to your room if you want privacy, but you'll probably want to chat with Rakel and get her recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. They have lovingly restored the entire old-town building and our room was perfect and a great value. Xativa is sleepy during the day, but in the evening the squares are full of life. A most enjoyable stay!

We had a very nice stay for five nights in Maria Jose La Moma apartment. The studio room was clean, tidy, well decorated, with equipped kitchen and all little details suitable for long stay. The house is located in quiet alley close to the plaza del Mercat, the castle and the historical center of the city. Maria Jose was very attentive, friendly, and available to our needs. We had a great time and would gladly return to her place. Thank you Maria Jose!!! Absolutely recommended!!!

The apartment is great, with a large terrace and at night it was quite cool. The kitchen has everything you need, two bathrooms, air conditioning and comfortable beds. Recommended.

It is worth noting how clean this apartment is and how beautiful it is. I highly recommend this apartment. (Keep in mind that a neighbor has a rooster and in the morning you can hear him singing from afar..., but hey, you make more use of the day) I would definitely stay here again.
