Cozy 1-room apartment in a quiet, natural environment just outside of Nuremberg. Wendelstein has a large supermarket (Kaufland) and restaurants within walking distance. E-charging station only a few 100 meters away. By car to the city center of Nuremberg 30-35 minutes. By car to the trade fair 20-30 minutes. By bus 53 to the exhibition center 25-30 minutes without changing, bus stops nearby. By bus 53 and subway U1 to the city center 45 minutes.

The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and various teas available. Baby travel cots available on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.
