Monthly Rentals in Alling

We were Josef's guests a few days: the house is in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Munich. Modern and recent construction, it is cared for in all its details. Particularly appreciated were the quiet location, the quality of the furnishings, excellent mattresses, and all the comforts ensured: from the washer-dryer to the kitchen complete with everything. Thank you very much Josef, your hospitality has allowed us a beautiful vacation.

The place was clean, well-maintained and as pictured. Although without a kitchen, but still a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle, so completely sufficient for a short trip! Very lovingly and beautifully prepared and everything easy to find with the description. Alexander always responds promptly and also proactively contacts you regarding arrival/departure and important information. If you want to go to Munich, this is super possible with the S-Bahn, but the bus from the property takes quite a long time to get to the station, which is why we went there by car, as there are free parking spaces at the S-Bahn stop. Otherwise it is a quiet location and we enjoyed it very much:)

I spent a total of 3 weeks in the accommodation and had a wonderful time. The apartment looks even better in person than in the photos, is very bright (sleep mask is therefore important) and you have a great view over the houses. You have everything you need on site, especially the separate entrance via your own staircase and the open kitchen I appreciated very much. The area is very quiet but still only about 10 minutes' walk from the train station. I had a very open and very friendly contact with Jutta. The check-in, but also other questions / concerns could be clarified quickly and easily. I will be very happy to come back!

We had a very nice time in Peter's apartment. Peter is very nice and always responded quickly. He even got our little daughter a high chair and a cot. The apartment is very nice, clean, large and modern. There was enough space for 4 adults and a child. The kitchen is super equipped and the Nespresso coffee machine is great, a dishwasher would be desirable. The washing machine is optimal with a small child (a clothes rack would be good). The bedroom in the attic can get very warm, but there is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back when we go to Munich.
