The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains inspires; Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. Center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 min.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness.
