Historical farm in Alpbach authentically restored. Isolated at an altitude of 1150 m. Apartment with private access. New kitchen with wood stove and bathroom. Old wooden planks and tiles with underfloor heating in all rooms. Sauna! IN SUMMER: private road TO the yard! Narrow steep forest road, but easily accessible by all-wheel drive. Parking in front of the house. WINTER: Access in case of snow on the private road directly to the yard is not possible! Parking (=ski bus stop!) 1.3 km away.

The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains inspires; Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. Center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 min.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

We loved our stay at Birkheim, Barbara was very welcoming and responsive. It was warm and cosy, and great to have the balconies on the one warm day! The Zirmalm was delicious food next door, and we enjoyed nearby hikes and local excursions. The house was as described, very comfortable, we would have loved to stay longer!

Had a lovely holiday in Alpbach and ski area Ski-Juwel. Really nice apartment with lots of space and good amenities. Nice, cozy, lots of space, and clean. Angelika was a great host. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend the apartment, Alpbach and the ski area Ski-Juwel for those seeking a nice, quiet and family-friendly area where everything you need is to find in a radius of 2 km from the apartment. Definitely worth a visit!

I am very glad that I have select this apartment to stay in, during my vacation in Austria. It does looks like new and really, I felt that I am in my home. It really looks like the photos published and as described. The apartment modern, clean, tidy and well designed. It is equipped with all requirements. Moreover, the location is perfect for relaxing, and it is quite also it is so privet. Around and very closed to the apartment will find many shops and restaurant. No need to travel long distance to buy food and all things you might need. The exceptional thing is the host, they are very kindly and helpful, their support always available and they are ready to help at any time. The way they welcomed me is amazing. Their kindness is the best I ever seen. Eventually, I strongly recommend this host and their apartment for any guest.

Extremely enjoyable stay at Katharina's who is an outstanding host. First of all Katharina (who speaks very well French) was kind enough to upgrade us as soon as we arrived. Then the apartment (2) and the place as a whole are in an impeccable state of cleanliness. Everything is new or in excellent condition and very functional. If so, Katharina will come on a daily basis to make sure nothing is missing. The views are superb too. In conclusion, I highly recommend this accommodation that will meet all your expectations (even better). And again Thanks to Katharina for her wonderful welcome.
