Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Sunny apartment (72 square meters) in the center of Alpbach. Private small garden overlooking the Wiedersbergerhorn. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Private children's room with large bunk bed. Bathroom with underfloor heating and bathtub. In the other rooms, there are wooden floors. In the living-dining room there is a cozy Swedish stove. For our skiers we have a ski boot dryer. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Five minutes to the bus stop. Non-smoking accommodation

Tenn3, living on the edge of the village in idyllic nature.

Historic farm in Alpbach authentically restored. Secluded location at 1150 m altitude. Apartment with own access. New kitchen with wood stove and bathroom. Old wooden planks and tiles with underfloor heating in all rooms. Sauna! IN SUMMER: private road TO the farm! Narrow steep forest road, but easily passable with some practice. Parking in front of the house. IN WINTER: access by snow on the private road directly to the yard is not possible! Parking (= ski bus stop!) 1.3 km away.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
