Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 meters from the new Spieljoch cable car and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

A small kitchenette with sink, storage, fridge and two ceramic hobs. A separate bedroom is adjacent to the living area. Here is the bed (140 x 200 cm) and a dresser as additional storage space.
