The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains is inspiring; Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. The center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
