Johnny's house was beautiful—very clean, characterful, and much more spacious than anticipated with a SPRAWLING, FANTASTIC patio/backyard space. We were pretty anxious about a previous guest's review, which indicated that they'd found bedbugs in the apartment. Johnny was absolutely lovely and let us come five hours early to assess the house for ourselves. We saw absolutely no evidence of bugs (and we have experience with them and know what to look out for). The mattress we slept on was brand new, though purchased prior to the guest's review... And while Johnny let us know he suspected the guest had left the bedbug review out of spite, and for reasons unrelated to any actual bug infestation, he'd still had the house fumigated, just in case. All I can say is that neither we nor any of our guests found any bugs or saw any evidence of bugs. The yard was very festively decorated and comfortable—the perfect space to host a party, as others have mentioned. Thank you, Johnny!

We had an amazing stay at Nangel’s house. From start to finish, her communication was excellent. Neighborhood was so fun, with lots of shopping and restaurants just a few blocks away. Her house was pristine with large bedrooms and bathroom. It was also very private and quiet. Before arrival, Nangel gave us lots of great ideas for shopping and eating. Parking on the street was very easy each time we came home. We would highly recommend booking here to explore Venice Beach and Santa Monica!!

This is the Airbnb I'm most satisfied with, so I booked it again. The room is very clean, and the aunt and uncle will kindly take care of everything in life. Very friendly.If you like Chinese food, my aunt and uncle prepared food for me, and I had a great time with them as a family, and the whole process was very relaxing.In addition, there is a very nice park nearby, and if you want to stretch your muscles, it is very suitable for a walk after dinner.If you come to Los Angeles, staying in this room is a must.

My bf and I loved the home. It was a so beautiful and very quiet. We had an event at the NOS center and it was a 35 mins drive. So very close to that and very close to a shopping center. Very much enjoyed our stay.
