Cute cottage at the quiet El Palmar's rural valley, just placed at the beginning of many paths to hike and enjoy nature. Near black sand beaches and historic villages at "Isla Baja", the secret of Tenerife. Two companies placed near the cottage offer you awesome outdoor activities (elcardon and tenoactivo). Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. The apartment is located right in the heart of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage; it can host up to four people. The apartment is part of the same property with a shared main entrance and is situated at the end of the backyard. Choosing this property will allow its occupants to enjoy a tranquil environment and have privacy while being able to interact with other visitors. Casa El Verode is located in the upper area of Los Realejos, north of Tenerife. It is a small village, but it has services such as a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, medical center... It is an ideal village for hiking, it consists of several routes and especially a spectacular viewpoint and trail where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Orotava Valley. The house has everything you need. It has a cozy atmosphere as it has a wood-burning fireplace and a large terrace.

🌿 Our little cottage is in a very remote Rural Park and Biosphere Reserve, far from nightlife, shopping areas, and tourist attractions. This is not a central location — it’s a place for real disconnection, silence, nature, and long mountain hikes. Please ask yourself if you’re more of a city or mountain person. Access is via a mountain road with many curves and steep elevation. If you value peace and isolation, you’ll feel right at home.

Finca Rustica Terraza. A dream life in Icod

I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. The wide view of the sea and Icod immediately creates a sublime feeling and inner peace. The north is weather-friendly and exciting and wonderful to watch from here.

Old House

It's a restored old house, well lit. Located in the village of La Esperanza, 7 kilometers from the Lagoon and 13 kilometers from the capital. Located on the road that goes up to Mount Teide and with Mount Esperanza just 2 km away. Well connected. In the kitchen there is a glass window towards the block of two donkeys that we have at home. On weekends we will only accept check-ins on Friday with check-out on Sunday.
