Massimo's house is a blast from the past, very clean, quiet, fresh, spacious and perfect for taking your mind off the routine! Massimo and his family are also of a kindness and availability never seen by a host. Everything truly impeccable, we and our Nerone can't wait to come back! 🐶

When you open the shutters in the morning and look over the hills, see the sun rise and set… wonderful. A fantastic country house with possibilities to eat for hours under the lights. There is no quick swimming competition in the pool,😉 but it functions for the necessary cooling. The reception was very warm and in the house you will not be short of anything. Thank you for letting us stay in your family home on the hill.

Spacious property, clean, quiet location out of town, 10 min to center. Park-like garden, fenced, ideal for our dog and hangover. Highly recommend. Next time we'll stay longer!

The apartment is very spacious, it has more rooms, the kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine (I didn't use it). Mattia was very kind and helpful, "self check-in" was very convenient! The apartment is on a residential street, not far from a shopping center.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly Loved it.

Silvia's apartment is a gem, it is a stone's throw from the station and can be easily reached both on foot and by car. There is everything you need for a stay! Beautiful view towards the sea, airy and equipped with air conditioning. I had a great time and I recommend it! Thanks Silvia!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Everything was just fantastic! We felt like we were at home! Perfect spaces... impeccable cleanliness, new furniture... super fragrant house... Moira was an exceptional person, she allowed us to check in many hours earlier than expected! She was very kind to provide a local guide!! Our Perla puppy was greeted with a bowl for water, toys, basket and cover!! What more to ask for... Absolutely highly recommended. Thank you so much for everything, Amanda & family

We had a fantastic stay — the pictures honestly don’t do it justice! The place is surprisingly spacious for a couple or solo traveler, and it felt incredibly comfortable throughout. The garden was a real highlight — beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. Inside, the kitchen and bathroom were both very well equipped, which made everything super convenient. When we arrived, Mirjana welcomed us with food to cook lunch and even provided a beach bag, towels, sunscreen, and beach chairs — such thoughtful touches that made our journeys to the beach very comfortable. She was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay and even helped us make a reservation at a vineyard. The location is a 10 minutes to the town center and no more than 30 minutes to some of the region’s most beautiful beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more comfortable base. A great find in Macerata. Close to all services that the city offers, but when you walk in the door you are transported to another world. The noise and bustle disappears as you face a beautiful, pristine valley out to the mountains. It looks exactly like the pictures. Strongly Recommended!

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

We stayed 9 nights in Simone and Anastasia's lovely apartment. Guys always present and welcoming. Spacious and very clean apartment, well equipped and comfortable for a family. We will definitely recommend it to acquaintances and friends.

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.
