The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

This place is a marvel for those who love nature. The cottage is very nice and functional, even for two couples. The outdoor spaces allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather of this long weekend without suffering from the heat. Our doggy loved this large space. Our garden now seems small to him. Thank you to Thomas and his family for sharing this green setting and for letting us enjoy the beauty of this Saint Exupery rose garden.

We were on a quick visit to Aurélie, as we had to attend a wedding the next day in Avrillé. Aurélie was very accommodating with us on the schedules so that we could prepare in good conditions, it was really very kind of her. The accommodation is located very close to the center, we were able to walk there and walk for an hour before going to our appointment. As for the accommodation itself, nothing to complain about, it was great. Everything we needed was provided, we just had to put down the suitcases👌

A sweet house with a nice garden!

A blue house leaning against the hill..... those who live there have thrown away the key.... Charming little house, very quiet, well-equipped, beautiful flowery green area. I was able to recharge and even telework... Thierry welcomed me very well, and thanks to him I was able to discover a small restaurant by the river where I enjoyed myself. Just as he knows the history of his hamlet and his region by heart. A local bible... About ten minutes from Segré, on the Angers Rennes axis, very well located for a pleasant stay. Cottage rebuilt with love and taste. I recommend this piece of paradise and its most receptive and friendly host.

The apartment is remarkably located: 100 m from a central tram station that serves the whole city, 3 stations from the train station, 10 min walk from a very large outdoor parking lot (Larochefoucauld), very pleasant Biltoki trendy halls for meals at the end of the street, a Franco-African opposite, Place Ralliement 10 min walk or 1 tram station, etc. New apartment in building under total renovation in June 2025. Cecilia will give you instructions on how to make the most of it. Premium services (e.g. coffee bean machine). Functional, decorated with taste. Comfortable sleeping area. Bright, airy spaces.

Great location and lovely apartment. The lift made it very convenient to enter and leave with baggage. The instructions for the key box were a little confusing because the code in the PDF message did not match the code in the photo. When I tried the code in the photo, that worked and I was able to open the box. It would have been helpful to have laundry soap provided. Although there were no instructions provided about care of the plants, I did water the indoor plant because it was very dry.

Charming studio, perfectly located close to places to visit, including the castle. Virginie is a very friendly host. Thank you for providing the bike, I was able to discover the banks of the Loire which are perfectly cyclable. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Ideally located apartment to access the center of Angers, and equipped with everything you need! Located in a quiet building, the only downside would be the parking but given the location it is quite normal. I recommend it!

Very pleasant and very quiet stay despite the neighborhood. Everything is accessible on foot, whether for cultural, festive or culinary interests. It's an excellent accommodation in Angers, having tested a number of them. Would love to come back!

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat.
