Appt T1 entièrement rénové avec parking privé, situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre d'Angoulême. L'appartement se situe au 3eme étage(sans ascenseur) avec une vue magnifique. Ce logement lumineux offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable, que vous soyez en déplacement professionnel ou en vacances. Our apartment located in the city center of Angoulême (500 m train station) was renovated and refurbished at the end of 2019. It has many assets to bring all the ease you would need for business trips, family stays or stealthy tours of the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of a kitchen open to a lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

Hello! Come and discover this large studio close to the train station and the old town: 5-10 minutes' walk to both! On the 2nd floor of a 19th century residential building, VERY QUIET. The bright apartment offers cozy comfort, almost zen I was told, in a spacious volume. Refurbished, you will find real comfort, quiet, facing the gardens, with a view that goes very far! Comic book atmosphere, albums available, it's Angoulême!
