AMI Boathouse was an incredible place for us to spend our vacation. Plenty of room for 2 families. The outdoor space was awesome and the kids loved having the pool out back. We brought a boat and the dock was fantastic being able to walk right out back and jump on the boat. Kris was extremely accommodating and can’t wait for our next stay at AMI Boathouse.

The listing says it is just a few steps from the beach and that is true! It was so easy to go back and forth and with 4 kids and beach items that was very important. The house was beautiful and spotless. We felt right at home and we loved every second of our stay! Thanks Mark for helping us make a special family vacation!

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

The Sand DollarCottage was our home for our family vacation this year. The home was even better than pictured. Walking, we were 90 seconds away from the beautiful white sand beach of the gulf. You don’t realize how nice a private pool is until you have that amenity at hand. Carolyn, the host, was great. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our family definitely recommends this home and its host.

Had a wonderful time here! The property was exactly as described and Matthew was always available & communicative, should we have needed anything. You truly can't beat this location! Close to everything you'll need for short trips or long ones. If you're thinking of staying here, DO IT!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just like in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Best part is that it is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! What a beautiful place. My kids and I felt like we were home and safe with surrounding area. Bettina was a gem with updates and check in’s. Just an awesome vacation for us. Can’t wait to go back!

Stephanie’s place is way better than we expected. All I can say is that it was perfect. The house & the location were fantastic. I would like to mention that the beds were very comfy which is something important to us. Who couldn’t love stepping out the door & the beach being right there!

We came for 5 days for a close friend’s wedding at the sandbar on AMI. I can’t say enough good things about this little gem. Everything is brand new from appliances to furniture. The kitchen is beautiful. It’s nice and cozy , very peaceful and quiet. It’s smack dab in the middle of everything. Shops restaurants beaches you name it and it was all within walking distance or a quick Uber ride . Katya thought of everything from beach chairs, towels and Even games for little kids to play with. I’ll definitely be coming back to Anna Maria island and if this place is available I’ll gladly stay here over and over again . Thanks Katya !

Having lived in this town my entire life, this home and stay completely blew me away and took me to such an oasis that made me feel like I wasn’t even in my hometown. Highly recommend! Beware booking in September though, I completely forgot places/restaurants closed as it is their slow time to clean or make renovations. Enjoy!

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Kris ha sido un excelente anfitrión. Nos quedamos con mi marido y dos niños (6 y 8 anos) se encuentra a solo dos cuadras de la Playa lo que le da una ubicación excelente. Es muy recomendable para ir con niños porque la piscina y el jacuzzi le dan un after beach genial ! Tiene una barbacoa excelente que disfrutamos en nuestras cenas . Kris fue muy amable de dejarnos hacer un late check out porque nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde así que un diez todo. Seguramente volveremos !! Vale cada centavo . No duden en quedarse con Kris que es una persona maravillosa. Thank you very much Kris ! We spend a wonderful time in your house and we take a great memories . We will be back !

Diana was a fantastic host! Her place is absolutely stunning—clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. She was quick to respond to any questions, making everything easy and seamless. I would highly recommend both this host and location!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Fins to the right is directly on the beach and is the perfect location for some R&R. It has just been refurbished and is beautifully decorated and specked. It was sad to see the devastation from the hurricanes, but didn’t detract from our holiday. We had a fantastic 6 nights away. We may be back if we venture back to this part of the world again. Our stay was fabulous, everything on the villa was brand new after the terrible hurricanes the previous year and we were the lucky first ones to stay there. Our hosts Allan & Kathy were beyond welcoming and friendly and so helpful in many, many ways! Location was perfect, steps to the beach and also walking distance to great bars and food.
