We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

I came down with 2 friends for a moms getaway and we had a wonderful time. This sweet little house is perfect and we will definitely be back. Amy is so nice and accommodating. The house was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to visit again.

The listing says it is just a few steps from the beach and that is true! It was so easy to go back and forth and with 4 kids and beach items that was very important. The house was beautiful and spotless. We felt right at home and we loved every second of our stay! Thanks Mark for helping us make a special family vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at AMI Retreat! The pool was great and loved having in the backyard, the beach access was close by and we would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This home is super clean, well styled, and spacious. The backyard oasis is amazing - very private and quiet. The location is great; the home is close to all amenities as well as the beach. Communication with the host was exceptional. Dana is super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this home!

Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

INCREDIBLE. This home was a mile beyond any other place we have stayed. It was exactly as described and yet exceeded every expectation. It is obvious Rosa has taken great pride to make this a 5-star stay. The real gem is the pool and hot tub. The backyard had it all and was perfect for family fun or a night time soak. Thanks for a fabulous, fun-in-the-sun week!

The Sand DollarCottage was our home for our family vacation this year. The home was even better than pictured. Walking, we were 90 seconds away from the beautiful white sand beach of the gulf. You don’t realize how nice a private pool is until you have that amenity at hand. Carolyn, the host, was great. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our family definitely recommends this home and its host.

Had a wonderful time here! The property was exactly as described and Matthew was always available & communicative, should we have needed anything. You truly can't beat this location! Close to everything you'll need for short trips or long ones. If you're thinking of staying here, DO IT!

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! Thank you so much for everything!

The place was an absolute great finding and great value for the price! The house is very spacious for a family (we were the 3 of us with a 5 year-old). It has a well equipped kitchen, a separate playroom which our daughter enjoyed very much and even a garden to chill outside. A big hit for us was a beautiful piano in the living room - very unusual equipment in a beach house, but was a pleasant surprise. My daughter and husband were competing who could play on it:) There were plenty of beach towels provided and beach equipments, toys. The beach is just walking distance (5-7 min), but we were also driving to the Bean Point Beach where you find free parking. Check-in/out and communication was easy and smooth! Definitely worth the money to stay here!

Awesome place to stay! We loved the location. Close to everything. Beautiful home with plenty of room and the place is so nice inside. We felt right at home. Love the tropical plants and Kim was very responsive and nice about everything. 10/10 would love to stay here again!

Stephanie’s place is way better than we expected. All I can say is that it was perfect. The house & the location were fantastic. I would like to mention that the beds were very comfy which is something important to us. Who couldn’t love stepping out the door & the beach being right there!

Great place to stay at beach! House was above expectations and very clean. Dane was responsive and very helpful with any questions. Beach equipment and towels were awesome! Hard to find a place this spacious for a family of 5.

We loved our stay at the Sandy Toes villa and hope to return some day. The location was fantastic, private and quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Marlanea was very responsive and helpful.

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

The outdoor space was a beautiful little oasis—perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach. Leah was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is just like in the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Best part is that it is literally a 5 min walk to the beach! Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Fins to the right is directly on the beach and is the perfect location for some R&R. It has just been refurbished and is beautifully decorated and specked. It was sad to see the devastation from the hurricanes, but didn’t detract from our holiday. We had a fantastic 6 nights away. We may be back if we venture back to this part of the world again. This home couldn’t have been a better fit for our beach trip. We had 4 families gather (12 of us in total) in early June. The host’s replies were prompt and clear. Inside, the space is even more beautiful than the photos: roomy, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches like a game room, coffee station, corn-hole set, and a covered grilling area. Lots of balconies with beautiful, partial views of the bay and the Skyway Bridge. The home was very clean, and everyone raved about the comfortable beds, and the location put us close to the sand and local spots. We’d happily book this place again for our next group trip!
