Thank you Anne-Valerie for your warm welcome. My friends and I had an extraordinary weekend. The setting, the pool, the tranquility... everything was there. A real moment suspended, a parenthesis of happiness for all of us. It is with reluctance that we have handed over the keys to you 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

We had a great time at this lovely home. The place is impeccable and matches the description. Sandrine and Didier were exceptional hosts, lovely, available and very flexible on schedules. The house is far enough out of the way to be very peaceful and close enough to the center to do everything on foot. I highly recommend this lovely green corner!

We rented the house for a week during the summer holidays. We are a family of 7 adults and a toddler. The house was a good fit for our family. Lovely with enclosed garden and patio. When we weren't hiking in the incredibly beautiful surroundings of Annecy and lake, we spent a lot of time in the garden. Huge awning made it possible to eat, play games, and be together from early morning to late night. Lovely with movable table tennis table. There were bat for a lot of players. The upper floor was bright with lovely and large rooms. However, a very small bathroom. The stairs are very narrow and not for people with disabilities and small children. Not a problem for us. The room and bathroom on the ground floor were big and nice. Great beds in all rooms. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The house was personal and homely without too many decorations and nibs. Fun little detail. "Scooter" and "scooter" are two very different things in Denmark 🛵🛴😄 Free buses to the city center and lake. But also a lot of Pages. Lovely warm lake.🥰 Recommended👍😊

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Beautifully furnished and clean studio. All necessary instructions are given. Quite quiet environment. I would highly recommend it!

Unobstructed view overlooking and in the sun. Very bright, functional and warm apartment.

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

The apartment is easy to find and offers parking options. Inside you can find all the comforts: equipped kitchen, convenient bathrooms, small balcony with a view, etc... You can walk to the city center in 5 min. As for Eric, he is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the stay.

Charming French country home. A distance from Old Annecy, but still walkable (20 minutes). Thoughtful amenities, including plenty of bikes for a family! Very warm host (welcome apple pie) and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and cafés. All in all, a rather amazing stay!

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.
