Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Annecy-le-Vieux

Merci Anne-Valerie pour votre accueil chaleureux. Mes amis et moi avons vécu un week-end extraordinaire. Le cadre, la piscine, la tranquillité… tout était réuni. Un véritable moment suspendu, une parenthèse de bonheur pour nous tous. C’est à contrecœur que nous vous avons remis les clés 😉 Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison. Le lieu est impeccable et conforme à la description. Sandrine et Didier ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, adorables, disponibles et très flexibles sur les horaires. Le maison est suffisamment excentrée pour être très paisible et suffisamment proche du centre pour tout faire à pied. Je recommande chaleureusement ce joli coin de verdure!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle ! La maison est très agréable et l'emplacement paisible. Nous avons passé un super séjour , je recommande sans hésitation.

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

Notre séjour a été fantastique ! L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable et bien équipé, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Muriel et Jean ont été très accommodants et d’une grande gentillesse. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils sur la région. Nous avons hâte de revenir

Vi lejede huset en uge i sommerferien. Vi er en familie på 7 voksne og et lille barn. Huset passede fint i størrelsen til vores familie. Dejligt med lukket have og udeplads. Når vi ikke var på tur i de utrolig smukke omgivelser af Annecy og sø, så brugte vi meget tid i haven. Kæmpe markise gjorde det muligt at spise, spille spil og være sammen fra tidlig morgen til sen aften. Dejligt med flytbar bordtennisbord. Der var bat til mange spillere. Overetagen var lys med dejlige og store værelser. Dog et meget lille badeværelse. Trappen er meget smal og ikke for gangbesværede og mindre børn. Ikke et problem for os. Værelse og baderum i underetagen var stor og fin. Gode senge i alle værelser. Der var alt, hvad vi skulle bruge i køkkenet. Huset var personlig og hjemlig uden alt for mange pynteting og nibs. Sjov lille detalje. "Scooter" og "løbehjul" er to vidt forskellige ting i Danmark 🛵🛴😄 Gratis busser til centrum og sø. Men også mange Ppladser. Skøn varm sø.🥰 Kan anbefales👍😊

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Studio magnifiquement aménagé et propre. Toutes les instructions nécessaires sont données. Environnement plutôt calme. Je recommande vivement !

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Erics superschöner Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man benötigt und viele außergewöhnliche Details. Ländliches, ruhiges Quartier, schöne Spaziergänge warten gleich vor der Haustür. Ich freue mich sehr, dass wir auf der Rückreise noch einmal bei Eric übernachten werden.

Vue dégagée sans vis a vis et au soleil. Appartement très lumineux, fonctionnel et chaleureux.

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

L’appartement est facile à trouver et offre des possibilités pour se garer. A l’intérieur vous trouvez tout le confort : cuisine équipée, salles de bains pratiques, petit balcon avec vue, etc… Vous pouvez rejoindre le centre ville à pieds en 5 min. Quand à Eric il est très réactif et arrangeant. Merci pour ce séjour.

Charming French country home. A distance from Old Annecy, but still walkable (20 minutes). Thoughtful amenities, including plenty of bikes for a family! Very warm host (welcome apple pie) and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and cafés. All in all, a rather amazing stay!

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

Ce logement était parfait. Nous étions là pour 3 nuits et 3 jours. Tout correspondait à l’annonce. De plus Maria est une super hôte, attentive à nos besoins et très réactive. Je recommande vivement ce logement et ces hôtes, ils font tout pour permettre à leurs voyageurs d’arriver dans les meilleurs conditions.

très bel emplacement. Saint jorioz est un très joli lieu, bien situé. Possibilités de belles promenades au bord du lac. la maison est agréable et confortable. la vue est splendide et reposante. nous la recommandons vivement. Marie Cécile est sympathique.

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.
