The children's area with pumptrack and skillsarena is also right nearby. and bus stop for bus to the city center also right next door. Cozy apartment of 30 sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can slide down to the bakery. Gräda 200m away and buy something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
