Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. Despite the secluded location, it is only 800m to E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and nearest Ica store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 min by car).

Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Södra Årefjällen's winter and summer path goes right at the property line. Down in the village, about 1 km walk, is Ottsjö Bua, a grocery store where you go food, fishing license and gas.
