Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from January 1 to June 20, 2026 and from August 20, 2026.

Velkommen til oss - her sover du godt! <3 Vi er nye på Airbnb - ønsker oss mange gjester og er takknemlige for all hjelp med å få gode tilbakemeldinger<3 Fra dette bostedet med perfekt beliggenhet har du enkel tilgang til alt. Sentrumsnært, strand, butikker, friluftsområder(Hove), Raet Nasjonalpark etc. Kun 40 min kjøretur til Kristiansand Dyrepark/Badeland. Innegjerdet lekeplass rett på utsiden og innegjerdet fotballbane med lekekrok i samme gate.

Charming older southern house with sunny garden and porch. City center walking distance. Room for one car. Rented for the entire week during Arendalsuka, minimum 4 nights. The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.

Apartment on the seafront with sup boards and 2 kayaks.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
