The area and the house are in the immediate vicinity of both the sea and the forest. Here you have all the possibilities - all year long. A red thread is tranquility and silence, and not least proximity to the very best that Southern Norway has to offer. The drums - 5 min rowing. Merdø - 20 min boat ride. Hove - 10 min drive. Arendal - 15 min drive.

Stue i 1.etg med projektor som gir deg kinofølelse hjemme. Hovedbadet i 1.etg har både boblebad og stor dusj med steam- og IR badstue. Her finner du også leker, brettspill og xbox 360 samt treningsutstyr. Loftstuen har en dagseng og kan brukes som soverom. Soverommene har blendingsgardiner. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkl ved leie over 5 døgn.

Works fine for 2 families. 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 saunas, sleeps 5-12 people. 300m from Grefstadvika, (large popular beach), 15 min from Grimstad, 20 min from Arendal. Can be rented with heated pool (4.5 × 2m), kayaks, small rib/4hp, 16 foot boat/100hk at an additional cost. The cabin is about 120 sqm, inspired by old southern living rooms, with low window sills and LOW door frames (NB 174 cm), but this provides extra cozy atmosphere indoors!

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Large undisturbed and historic summer paradise with its own shoreline and its own jetty in Sømskilen. The property is called Lillenes and was Norway's first horticultural school established in the year 1880. Parts of the property are now located in the Raet National Park. Lillenes has been in our family since 1987 and is our holiday home during the summer months.
