Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal and a short way to both of these cities. In about 30 minutes you are in the zoo in Kristiansand. The home has 3 bedrooms in the main house , and a garden room used for one extra room. 2 of the bedrooms in the main house have double beds, one of the rooms has 120 beds. The summer living room has a double bed. Cuddly cats live permanently in the house, must be fed by those who rent.

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.
