The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Justøya has many great hiking trails starting from the house. Justøyskole is located 150 meters from the property and has an artificial grass court, basketball court ++ which can be used by anyone. 15 min with car to Dyrparken.

Modern single-family home from 2021 with 2 bathrooms. All facilities for a toddler family, children's toys, high chairs, crib, remember, trampoline, inflatable children's pool etc.. also very suitable if you do not have children in tow. Also has exercise appliances in outdoor living, if the tenant likes to get away from a small trim during the holidays. In the kitchen attached to the kitchen there is available a small work station with a desk. We have also installed a heat pump which is as useful on hot summer days(A/C) as it is winter.

Over the last year, we have completely renovated the brewer's house on the farm and are now ready to welcome guests here. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 3 children. Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.
