Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i et gammelt, renovert sørlandshus med sjøutsikt og tilgang til hage og brygge. Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndager og helligdager. Nabolaget svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies .

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3150 vines are planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.

Pick eggs from the hens, pick your own mint tea. BBQ in our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the water view from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Delightful and stylish apartment at the pier edge of Arendal. The apartment is located on Barbu pier with 2-5 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, park, shop, bakery, parking garage and much more. The centre of Arendal is approximately 5-10 minutes walk. You can expect to come to the apartment as it is presented in the pictures.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
